You can hear the choir every Sunday Morning (except the 4th Sunday of the month) at the 10am service and occasionally at weddings and special evening services. If you would like to join this very friendly group a warm welcome awaits you at the weekly Friday evening Choir Practice from 7.00pm until 8.00pm in St Bartholomew’s Church. It does help if you can read music, but if not, assistance and ways forward are there for you. Do feel free to come along – there is no audition or long-term obligation – and see what you think. (Please enter by the bell tower door).

It would be great to have a choir which is the size of the cast of Eastenders. Not every cast member is present in every episode and it is fully accepted that people have busy lives that can make regular attendance impossible. You would be welcome whatever your level of commitment.

A former choir member, sadly no longer with us, but whose memory lingers on said: “I never knew this would be so enjoyable”

If you have any questions or want to know more then please don’t hesitate to ask any members of the choir or contact Robin Jackson, Organist and Choirmaster.
